I'm looking for app that can scan bar codes or stickers like the picture I'm enclosing,for instances,I'm on a construction site work on a gas line that was recently dug up,its been in the ground 5 years, piece that was extracted has a bar code, as an inspector I'd like to know the documentation on this piece, (quality control) by me scanning the code it will tell me the previous inspectors name, email pictures ambient temperatures, batch numbers if paint was used, documents for this piece, that way I can determine what went wrong with this substrate.
