You dont have to invent nothing, there are a lot of examples of this over the internet. Our model is an app you can find at AppStore and Google Play, IOS and Android. The application is called "Kiosko y mas", with an icon K+. The goal is to develope a similar application where we can control the daily publication of newspapers, and magazines, from a specific country: Perú. The raw material will be a Clean PDF of each item, that will be served to download from our cloud. The PDFs will be accompany with a XML file for each item. We will store metadata such as boundaries of each news, the exact position and font style of the news header and other items that compose the news: author, the lead, the body, the tail, and all the journalism stuff, in orther to help the app highlight the components of the news, specialy the Lead to make the reader go to the body. We need a larger and simpler app than the model K+.
That is the task. The graphics and grafic design can be made by us and send them to the programmer. Whe are attaching a PDF file where almost every important detail is in spanish, but you can understand it, not the meaning, but the purpose. Any questions (I expect a lot) send them. this is a project of a great importance for us, The name of the app: "iQ ". It has to be in the 2 versions ios and android. It has to connect to a web server thats ready, to update daily news.

I would be perfect for this project because I have around 9 years of experience in programming and web design.I have a question though, is it necessary for you to use object c? because technically for an app like you want it would be much easy to use phonegap which takes regular css,html and javascript and makes app compatible with all smart phones.
