Complete a very small Premiere Pro 5.5 project, overlay and looping background.

OK! Please let me first start with som practical details. The offer should be in the very low end of the suggested price here. Or the project will be simply cenceled.. - Freelancer group or company --- DO NOT BID! - If you dont know about smooth videoloop / cinemagraph--- DONT BID. - If you dont have time-- DONT BID. - THIS is a very LOW cost project, but for the right one I do have more small stuff. 3 others have tried but are not able to do this? I have no idea why its so hard. But I have to send back with details like -- loop is jerky, not endless etc. Colorcorrection and small overlay pictures change look like done by first timers. Please only BID if you know this stuff... The project file is ready for download and I want this to end with and GIF for Facebook etc. But this is real picture.. no carton. Its a sea motion loop and overlay by potrait and one logo and some text.. Layout is setup alreadye. So needed is some color correction, remove some glasses reflexion and detail ypu should see... Any suggest from you and creative stuff is welcome bu suggest, after the main is done. Its 5 videos, and 3 must be exported.. This mean 2 pictures to coorect and sealoop. And export this to GIF... Yes you can use latest premiere or after effects. Again, read all and understand the low cost. This is no income project. Thanks for understanding! NB!
