Optimization of filling in Adobe Acrobat form on wordpress website

I have a Adobe Acrobat form with many pages divided into 2 sections: A1 (the first page) and A2 (the rest of the pages). The first section A1 is intended for users to enter various information. The pages in section A2 are standard forms which are filled in based on various scripts and conditionalities. These scripts are in a button, which I press to complete. Everything works great offline, that is, with the pdf on my computer. At this moment, users fill in the information on my site, and I copy them manually in section A1, press the button with scripts and everything is filled in well in section A2. After that, I extract section 2 and send it by email. I would need your help for an optimization. I would like to put section A1 or the content of it on my company WordPress website, where the user will fill it in, after which the user will press the button with scripts, section A2 will be filled in automatically and sent to the client by email. I also specify that the button with scripts has approximately 5-6000 lines of code We use Goggle workspace, and I would like the completed documents to be saved there and from there to be sent by email to the user.
