Our team is expanding! We are looking for a hard-working, detailed-orientated support person to join our remote team to manage our support desk and our email inbox, appointments etc. KEY SKILLS THE DREAM PERSON WILL HAVE, ARE: Timekeeping. Organisation and hitting deadlines. Using your initiative. Great use of English (we are a global team but all use English). Flexible working hours. Solution focused. Wowing and delighting customers, making them feel awesome! THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE: Manning our support desk Understanding our software and giving technical support (full training provided) Creating surveys (do you have experience making online surveys?) Outreach to podcasts (full process and training given) Attending our Wednesday meeting every week via Zoom at 9:00am UK-time. (Non negotiable) WE USE THE FOLLOWING SYSTEMS 1. Online survey building software. 2. LeMark tech stacks. 3. Freshdesk Online Support Desk platform 4. Asana 5. Slack All training needed is provided, but please rate yourself out of 10 at your proficiency with each of the 5 numbered items above. Yes even this is a test of your attention to detail so all job applications received without doing this will be discarded without further consideration. ABOUT US We have two elements, we teach email marketing to small online businesses through our online courses and membership, and we also have a survey software tool that people use to build online surveys and collect feedback. ABOUT YOUR ROLE Your role will be to work with customers to access the products they buy from us, answer questions they may have, get an understanding of the software tool so you can answer basic tech questions and handle refunds etc in a full customer service role. You will also be managing the email inbox of the two directors, responding to meetings and co-ordinating their needs. The role is a junior role to begin with, but our plan is to increase hours and rates as we grow and you take on more responsibility and you'll become our Operations Director. We are looking for a long-term team member who is enthusiastic and wants to do their best to grow with our business and join our little ‘family’.
