Wordpress Theme Design

Hello. I'm looking for someone to help design my new blog, which is an investing website for women. I would like the theme for the blog to be clean but feminine. I'll need all the standard WordPress files designed: header, index, sidebar, footer, index, comments, etc. I have an idea for a graphic that I would like incorporated into the header (see below). I like clean looking fonts and I'd like to incorporate shades of gray, blue and maybe some green for the theme. The background for every blog page will be a gray/white chevron pattern (see Image #1). For the Header: The name of the blog is "High Heels High Yields". Next to the title in the header would be the picture of a black high heel, and along the top diagonal part of the heel would be a stock chart arrow going up, with the end of the arrow extending slightly past the end of the shoe. The arrow will be in bright green/money green. Image #2 is an image of a black high heel. I don't particularly like this image and you can probably design a better one, but this is the direction the shoe should be facing. Images #3 and #4 are of stock chart arrows in green. This will be a very simple blog, and therefore I don't need too much designed beyond the basics. Because this is a finance blog, I won't be using too many images beyond the header graphic and won't need an image slider. Although I am interested in having access to stock images for my blog posts if you have those available.
