I'm seeking a logo designer for a rebranding project.
I'm in the process of redefining the image of my business, and I believe that a fresh logo is a key component of this. I'm looking for a professional who can take my company's name as the starting point, and develop a completely new and modern logo from there.
The ideal candidate for this project should possess the following skills and characteristics:
- Strong experience in graphic design, particularly in logo creation
- Excellent understanding and interpretation of brand identity and rebranding
- Proven ability to create modern, sleek and unique designs
- Ability to deliver within a month from the project start
It's important that the new logo not only captures the essence of my brand, but also aligns with the new direction I'm taking the company in. The design should be versatile, unique, and memorable.
My company, Rock the Bow, makes cheerleading bows and custom rhinestone apparel that is primarily marketed to those in the cheerleading industry. I want someone that understands and can incorporate the flashy look of the cheer, while also being able to create a professional, memorable, logo that isn't too busy. I am leveling up my business and want my logo to represent that. My goal is to eventually be the best custom cheer bow company in the industry.
I have attached my current logo that I don't love.
While I like the dark pink of my current logo I am not married to that color. I am also not looking to be light pink and girly and gentle like many cheer bow companies and I am also not looking for the outdated, leopard print, zebra, glitter style of logos that many cheer companies have used in the past. I am interested in more of a grown up, classy, edgy look. Rock the Bow is a play on the phrase rock the boat (to say or do something to disrupt an existing situation), as well as something that cheerleaders say; "You rock that bow!" and originally when I named the business 10 years ago, I envisioned something similar to rock band logo (ACDC, Kiss etc.) However now those sound outdated to me. If needed I can send you examples of current bow company logos (none of them are that great) so that you can see how many companies incorporate bows and ribbons into their logos. I hope this is an appropriate amount of information!
