Character creation and rigging for UE5.1.1

I am looking for a talented freelancer to help me with the character creation and rigging for my Unreal Engine 5.1.1 game. I need the freelancer to create a humanoid character and rig it for use within the game. This requires an expertise in creating character models and rigging that meet the standards of UE5.1.1 and will bring life to the characters. Additionally, I’d like to have minimal facial rigging included for basic facial expressions and movements. If you believe you have the skills necessary to help me create a visually stunning and realistic character, I would love to hear from you. I believe to be an easy person to work with. I understand the basics of Unreal Engine enough that I'm building a game. I only need help with characters creation to FPS game mechanics. This is the 5th time I try this usually easy. The first 4 freelancers who said could do the job did not. It was glitchy, partial delivery, one even made every in third person when the mandate is clear about being for a first person shooter. I am am going to Immerse you with praise and re-hire you if the job is done well, and I am going to be savage in my comments if it is not. Don't apply if you can't understand these basic instruction. (FFS, 5th attempt). 1) I need a character developped, to look similar, not identical, to images I provide. I don't want a huge job, but a quick job well done. You can use Daz3D Gen 8 assets, or use your own assets from any source, to make it quicker. Don't develop a human being from scratch with a sculptor, unless it is quicker and easier for you than using existing assets. Don't use the latest Daz3D Genesis 9 base character with millions of polygons. I want my game to run on other people's computers :) My minimum aim is today's average 2gb gpu. The character is but one component of the many of the game. 2) I need this character rigged for use in Unreal Engine 5.1.1. It must be compatible with all the typical UE skeleton and animations avilable today on the Unreal marketplace. 3) A- I need one version of the rig for the complete character, that I will use in cinematics. B- I also need one version of the rig with the arms only, so I can then easily implement First Person Shoot mechanics, with hip fire and Aim Down Sight. C- And a version with the full body without the arms, to follow the arms mechanics, and cast proper shadow. 4) You will provide an Unreal Engine 5.1.1 project for the delivery. Every required assets will be in a single folder. I must be able to migrate a single folder from from your delivery project, into my main game project. I'm tired of trying to sort out BPs, materials and components all over the place, hidden in UE default maps and sub-folders. I wish for a clean job delivery. I will be using this character in character_BP, animation_BP, cinematics, and I want it to flow without glitches. I agree you can't know which weapon I'm going to use, and I will adjust the weapon, or bones and animations myself at this point. I do NOT require you to be an expert in FPS shooter mechanics, but at least understand the principles. I need you to understand what I asked.
