Animated Process Demonstration Video

I'm looking for a skilled animator who can create a video demonstrating an industrial process. Your task to to make Tyre making process and while making of tyre operator make mistake which cause accident of vehicle due to tyre failure will be to capture the main steps of the process in medium detail, making it easy to understand but without going into every minor detail. The successful freelancer should possess a strong ability to visualize complex processes with clarity and coherence. Previous experience with industrial, mechanical or process-based animations would be highly beneficial to successfully meet the project requirements.
