I need to produce two shapefiles. One should contain polygons representing mires (wetlands) in an small area located in the Northern Europe. The shapefile should be generated from the Google satellite imagery where these areas are well visible as yellowish areas and are clearly distinguishable from the rest of the landscape. Our organization has a couple of projects planning to shift from ArcPy to GeoSpark (Sedona). As a participant and the beginner of Sedona, I tried playing Sedona on Jupyter-Lab to read the geometry from shapefile into GeometryRDD, however, I found the read-in shape file shows no features (count == 0), it just shows the schema, but I am very sure that our shapefile has features inside. I have tried many ways and look around the forum, resulted in nothing. The input I give is a GeoTiff image (obtained from the processing of Multispectral images and color coded given an Index (NDVI and NDRE mainly, for agricultural analysis) + a fixed distancing grid scheme of the trees. The output should be a geo referenced shapefile layer with each tree individualized as an independent element following the same color grading.
