The project has a shapefile. What we need is to analyse the network in watergems and deliver the pipe table and junction table. The water demand is 185 KLD and no. of houses is 507.

I require some type of script that can convert a shapefile into a GeoJson. It can be in any language that will work on a server. It will need to fetch the shapefile then convert it to GeoJSON updating and making the new file every hour. Shapefiles are in .ZIP for and are external files that will need to be processed from another website. The converter shouldn't be specific to the particular shapefile as I will process several shapefiles using this script.

I need city, district and regional boundaries downloaded from Yandex map and put in a shapefile to be used in ArcGIS. I will provide the list of places to check but it needs to necessarily be done through Yandex - not OSM or Google Maps. The list is made of roughly 1300 locations so processing time should not be long once you have written the code. If there are issues, it can be reduced to roughly 150/160 key boundaries to collect. Russian speaker would be an advantage but the key skills is the ability to download the boundaries from Yandex - I am not sure it is possible at all to be fair.
