I will provide the coach screws, but you will need to bring your own tools, including a drill and a saw, as well as provide the square piece of steel which needs to be cut with four holes in it. Please make sure you're skilled in woodwork, steelwork and have experience in drilling into wood, and can cut wood accurately. You will need to go under the house to affix and screw the piece of steel.
