Fix Stripe and Paypal in Woocommerce Site

I'm looking for an Wordpress/Woocoomerce developer expert. I have this site: [login to view URL] it's a WordPress site with Woocommerce. We have a stripe set up and a PayPal set up. We are doing test first through sandbox, and everything was working right until today. Stripe and PayPal are showing an error and I don't know why. I need someone to fix our PayPal and stripe integration so we can keep testing and after we are ready to move, make PayPal and stripe ready to receive transactions. The other thing is when you are checking out, there is a loading icon at the top of the page that you can't see, so people doesn't know that is loading, I would like when people enter their credit card, there is a prompt that the payment is going through. You need to consider this. 1) For security reasons you won't have access to our PayPal and Stripe, so you will need to ask what you need. 2) We installed PayPal pro to make a popup show up to checkout through PayPal instead redirecting people to PayPal page. 3) You really need to know what you are doing please, if you don't not apply. I really want to make sure you understand the project and feel confident you can do it, so please include at the beginning of your proposal what is 1+1= is.
