Hi As a commercial photographer, and someone who has published my own printed A3 and A4 calendars, and also e-Books in the past, my first reaction was that the number of pages you need is too few for most binding options. I checked and could not find any supplier meeting your criteria. I'd be happy to discuss the options with you, and for that reason this proposed fee is, for now, entirely arbitrary, and may well reduce. But I would need to discuss this with you over chat.
