B2B Multivendor E-Commerce Supplier & Vendor App

This is an ecommerce website that connects restaurants with local suppliers. It is to eliminate the need of calling, faxing, or going to separate suppliers websites for products. From the convenience of your phone or computer, you can shop and order all your food and supplies from your suppliers and local suppliers. It's a multivendor marketplace that connects suppliers with businesses. I would like you to read the following required features of the app, and for your proposal to be considered, please reply with answering the following: - What technologies/platforms/frameworks will you use to develop the website. Please provide details. For exampel if using WordPress mention the plugins you will use, for example: WorPress, WooCommerce, Dokan, WPML. - The reason you chose this technology to develop the website. - The time & cost for the project. Note: I would strongly prefer going with using an existing solution like WooCommerce over building from scratch if it will be able to accomplish all requirements.
