Change my website from Joomla to WordPress+WooCommerce

I have a website that is a bit dated and is built in Joomla, and I want it bought up to date and changed to WordPress + WooCommerce, and with whatever is expected by Google for search engine ranking. It is a design site where customers enter their information and I create a design offline for them in MS Publisher and Photoshop, and then send them back a proof of that design, but what I want to happen now, in the new site, is that it will let customers design their own proofs on my site on their iPads, phones, computers, etc., and then place their orders. I can still produce the finished proof offline in Photoshop, but the actual design part of the process from now on will come from the customer, not me. I don't want anything complicated, but I do want the look and feel of my site to be a bit more modern than the existing site. Please contact me and tell me if you can do this.
