build a Joomla Module for Recruiting Company

The module is relatively simple and I would assume would be like creating a blog entry or joomla article, except, I need it to be run like a module, not an article, as to make it easier for the client to navigate. The module requires a few fields: Information to be entered by client in the joomla administration: Subject : Job posting subject to be entered here Company: Company in need of candidate Short Description: brief description of career opportunity: Long Description: longer, more indept description of career opportunity Offer: salary offer Social media check boxes, allowing the poster to select which of their social medial platforms they want to chare the job posting on, mainly linkedin, facebook, and twitter. Frontend: information to be entered by potential candidate: Upon reading the job spec and deciding to apply for the job, the candidate should click apply which will allow him to attach a C.V and then enter an email address, which he will be emailed at, a copy of the job spec. once the candidate has applied, an email should be sent to the job poster, (the employee of the client who posted the job) with the job number, title and attached CV of the candidate who applied as well as the candidates email address. Also on the front end, there should be “refer to a friend” field in which the potential candidate applying for the job can send the job spec to a friend or someone else, allowing them to also click a link back to the job spec and also apply for it. Need it to e responsive and created very quickly.
