Wordpress Ecommerce Site Customization and Installation

Hello, I am starting a new website selling womens shoes online. I have purchased a web hosting package and domain with webhostinghub. So that's taken care of..... I also have a 3D retail store being created by another freelancer that will be used in the heading of my website. Now.... I have been searching online for a wordpress theme to use for my site (as I understand wordpress is very easy to use and includes shopping cart and blog, etc.) I've seen a couple that I like, however when I read the instructions for installation I get freaked out! I'm not a techy person. I know how to use computers well and I've made multiple websites through [login to view URL] but I have no clue of how to upload a premium website template. So.... I'm wondering if I can hire someone who can possibly help me create a custom site (or just make modifications to a template found online) AND install it for me. I need to be able to add and remove products on my own after installation, so I'm hoping this is not going to be too difficult. I'm looking for a LUXURY looking, elegant, clean, neat, expensive looking website design. One template that I've looked at repeatedly is the "Neighborhood" site from themeforest.com. I have a logo created as well, which we will need to change the colors of to match the theme. I'm looking for neutral warm colors, brown, tan, grey, etc - Luxury! Think Gucci, Fendi, Louis Vuitton.
