Web 2.0 Design intergration with Joomla

I'm looking for a site with that simple design to it. We can layout the pages in photoshop like this but we want you to iprove it and convert it to html that can be intergrated with Joomla (open to other CMS but must be free and as/more widely support as/than Joomla. We're looking for a very web 2.0 style design reflections coverflow ajax simple headers. The sitewill probably only be a 5 page site.
