I need very simple code. But need it NOW. I have two tables "Quote Master Table" and "tblProposalStatus". Both have a field in it named "Quote Number". And there is a Field in the "Quote Master Table" named "Bid Status". Those are the exact names. (Note: I cannot change the names of the tables or fields, so please don't ask me to or recommend it. I know spaces in the name is not a good thing) I need code that will find Quote numbers that are in the Quote Master Table but not in tbleProposalStatus. But only the "Quote Numbers" where "Bid Status" equals "In Process" Or "In Approval" (that's the criteria). Once it finds the unmatched it needs to Append those unique "Quote Numbers" into the tblProposalStatus. (There should not be Duplicate "Quote Numbers" in the tblProposalStatus Table.) I need VBA Code. So I can take what you submit and paste it into an event action (button: on Click) Private Sub CmdRunButton1_Click() Your Code Here End Sub

Hello, My suggestion is that instead of using VBA, you write a SQL Query to do so for you. This is just the usage of SQL to find data with some properties Or you can use VBA and use simply SQL commands inside it. Is it possible to send a sample database? (I can make my own using the given tables and fields) Mehrzad
