I need a virtual backoffice assistant on ongoing basis. I am running interior designer firm. Some of the tasks where I will need help is like - 1. Have initial discussions with leads from different marketing channels, follow up with leads and convert them into an opportunity. 2. Send quotation to clients. 3. Follow up with current interior sites in progress and co-ordinate site execution. Currently I handle all these things. I will train the assistant and will delegate some of my responsibilities. I think mostly 2 to 3 hours a day work would be there. Weekends are always heavily loaded, so presence would be required on weekends. You need to know English and Hindi Languages. Knowing Marathi would be an added advantage.
