I'm an Aussie too! I've only recently become active on Freelancer, but am starting to pick up Aussie projects like yours. Please see the reviews for the two just completed, and samples in my portfolio. And I'm still bidding rather low because I want to get a few "runs on the board" (like the Aussie Test Team!). Just one problem - can you supply the aerial footage? Because if you can't, I think you're dreaming regarding the price - you'd have to add another zero for someone to go out and do that kind of thing.
