Lost Luggage Video

We need a short video produced that tells an emotional story about lost luggage at an airport. One idea is to show people waiting in line at the lost and found office at an airport. These folks are clearly unhappy and frustrated with what's just happened and the time lost time waiting to make a claim. We also want to show a mother comforting a child whose lost luggage must have contained something important to the child. The assignment is MP4 video only in an aspect ratio we'll specify.
