Long term opportunity: Create and edit Videos regularly

Dear freelancer, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BID. I am searching for a long term responsible freelancer for video creation and edition whom I can hire for my work. I am only interested in proper freelancer who would be professional, can work with me 6 days a week, do not have excess work in hand. If you are too busy with other project, please do not bid. Frechlancer are welcome to apply. For project terms and conditions: Mandatory: You must be able to create and edit high quality videos. You must adhere to all Youtube rules. Like no copyrighted content, no violence, etc. Mandatory: You must have good drawing skills to draw cartoon-style pictures. Recommended: If you have experience or knowledge in creating animated picture that will be a huge asset. Optional: If you have experience or knowledge in SEO techniques that will be an asset. Optional: If you have experience or knowledge in Social Media marketing that will be an asset. For topics, I will provide you every week with the topics for the week after, but you must be versatile and creative, because the topic can be anything. For compensate right now I can only go upto $60/month. If its too low for you, I apologise, but there is no need to bid. Payment will be on a weekly basis on Thursday ($15). Please forbid yourself from bidding if you need advance pay, like milestone.
