Charging by word count is the simplest and usually the fairest for the client and for us, regardless of the format or number of speakers, if the audio is basically clean. Bad audio that requires a lot of processing in order to be usable or recordings with a lot of silence will be billed at a higher per minute rate. Turnaround time is typically 3 days for an average transcript, depending on workload. Turnaround Time Discount: 10% discount for one week turnaround. 20% for two week turnaround. You don't actually say whether the 2 videos add up to 46 minutes together or are 46 minutes each so it would be 23 GBP for 46 minutes X 1 or if they are actually 92 minutes altogether then the price will be 46 GBP.
