Compile C program w MinGW.org C compiler a socket program (write instructions) - repost

This project is C program to be compiled with [login to view URL] C compiler. The project requires C Socket programming and compiling. There is SendMessageServer and SendMessageClient sources attached here for you. PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS – this was posted before and answers are included. The program already compiles on UNIX, Solaris, AIX and Linux; furthermore, this has also been running on an older MSC compiled version, and a friend confirmed this still compiles and runs from the MS Visual C++. Both programs must be compiled on both on windows using ONLY the [login to view URL] C compiler. After working with others and myself, there has been trial and error of steps and libraries to add; however, still remain looking for the person that has the knowledge.
