We have three series in six minutes. Forty-five seconds we run at medium speed and fifteen seconds fast running. After that, we run again forty-five seconds again at medium speed and so in the circle until six minutes pass.
I am student of sport science and former tennis player. Therefore I'm dedicated for spreading healthy lifestyle. I run several times per week so it won't be problem for me to keep up with the task.
