I wish to create a pdf file splitter program. The rules are: 1. PDF files split when QR Code found (value to be matched to confirm right code). 2. PDF split, until it was discovered the next QR Code. 3. Naming the output PDF file named according to the day's date and the source folder name and a running sequential number. 4. To OCR the resulting PDF files. 5. There will be multiple files into one PDF and pages can varies from tens to thousand pages. 6. This program should run automatically in the backend as a system process with configurations [GUI-based or configuration file] is required. Thank you.
