Simple graphical environment using GDI calls

I am interested in a very simple graphical environment using GDI calls, it is a winapi32 project done with C++. I need this done by using GDI calls ONLY, (the use of opengl, and/or directx calls is forbidden). Moreover, i've already got a framework that the software needs to be based on that and 2 classes containing ALL the math you'll need. YOU HAVE TO WORK with these files.
