Hi, Sending free multiple SMS not possible. However, you can purchase a license of any SMS gateway. I can build a software which can communicate with the licensed sms gateway server. you can provide the message contents and the sender list to the developed software. The software will automatically send message to all one by one. thanks

I am not aware of any "worldwide free SMS service" however, I can integrate an application into the one you already have. On the other hand, SMS services are recently accessed over internet. This kind of job, I already did. So, I can use any of your services given that I have access to test it.

There are multiple ways to send SMS from your computer. 1. Using a GSM modem 2. Using a web service 3. Using your mobile service provider's endpoints. 1 and 2 are suitable for sending 10 to 40 SMS per minutes.
