We need a docker implementation for a network application (connects to multiple servers) and is using a VPN solution to hide its server location. Additionally, the docker instances are connected to either a MS-SQL or MySQL DB. Content is also be written on a File-Server. The app runs python on Linux. We want to be able to update the app continueously - using updated Python scripts. Therefore after 30min, the app is auto-terminating itself. A tool/orchestration solution should make sure that 100 instances are running all the time, until a signal stops this spinning off new instances. We need help in implementing/deploying it on either Azure or Google Cloud. A more detailed spec is avilable for qualified candidates.

what I feel is you need a Kubernetes solution on GCP. Also, we can always deploy the latest and greatest code/image uploaded to docker registry, hence, kuberrnetes always deploying the latest code. And we can make use of persistent storages from GCP/Azure to make the same work :D Can you provide me more details?
