Convert a JFrame into a JPanel

I have a java gui application and it is in a JFrame ([login to view URL]). To implement it to another application it have to be a jpanel. Than i can call it into my application with: [login to view URL](booknow_panel); In this application ([login to view URL]) i need a back button under the scrollbar (without function, the function i will implement). The application have a second frame ([login to view URL]). It open if you click a button. I need this frame in the same jpanel too and there you have to put a back button in, so i can go back to the first page. It is for a kiosk touch application, so it couldn't be in more frames. I need a panel where the first application is in. If you click the button, the first application will disappear and the second panel will open in the panel. If you click on the back button it will show the first view.
