Hi there, Though the details are missing your requirements look quite clear and straightforward to implement. Regarding outlook feature I assume that it's not about an add-in communication with the program, rather the program will simply use an imap connection to selected outlook account and get the required data through it. Also I hope it's ok to directly use Winforms for this. I can start as soon as you award the project and expect to be done within 5 days at most. Sir, Search file from the driver is not so complex. I guess your previous worker cannot search from the outlook. For searching email from outlook, we have 2 solutions: 1. If you want to search from the outlook, we can you outlook VBA. But it's need the outlook is installed from your machine. 2. We used the email library with IMAP for connecting to your Inbox, and queries all the search and get them. I can store it as eml or msg files. You don't care about the UI, I will make it perfect for you. Please read my review from Australia person :) Looking forward to your message. John
