The Job: - To start, you will be provided a list of qualified leads to jumpstart your earning. After you have exhausted your list, you will be responsible for finding your own leads within the real estate industry. How you find those leads is entirely up to you (real estate agents are all over the internet, so they shouldn’t be hard to find!) - Qualify your leads, set appointments, walk them through your provided sales script (or your own, if you prefer), get payment information, introduce them to onboarding process. The Benefits: - Initial list of leads. - Sales training (script, example calls, etc.). - A generous 30 percent commission ($750) per sign up. - Earned commissions paid out weekly, end of business on Friday. - If more than 4 sign-ups are completed per week, your commissions for any additional sign ups increase to %40 ($1,000) The Qualities of a Successful Sales Rep: - Self-starter. - Organized and can complete extended follow-up if necessary. - Likes to continually set their goals higher than the last goals set. - Has experience in Facebook ads, Instagram ads, and Sales Funnels. Can speak their way through any questions that the potential leads might have. - Knows their way around the real estate industry.
