I want a report about renewable energy but first i want to submit the abstract

Here is the professor email: I would recommend sending me your titles and a brief indication what you would like to review in your paper before submitting the abstract. So far most of the proposed topics that I received were way too broad and there was no concrete plan about what was to be discussed. In your abstract you will need to summarize what you will cover in your paper. Be specific. Just writing how important wind power is for the future survival of humanity, and promising to write something about wind power does not cut it. Select a specific sub topic (example: applications of vertical wind turbines in Greenland) and then give some detailed insight into what you will cover. This paper will be structured like a scientific review paper and contain: a) An abstract spelling out the contents of the paper. This abstract will be submitted to the instructor for approval before completing the rest of the paper. b) An introduction to the topic of choice c) A thorough background review d) A discussion of the currently pursued scientific/policy etc...approaches to the topic of choice e) A comprehensive list of references used for the paper. References must be clearly listed. Specs: The length of the term papers should be 2000-2200 words (this corresponds to a 2-3 pages scientific paper) excluding references and abstract. There is no limit to the number of figures that can be included. Figures do not count towards the word count. The papers need to be neatly formatted with figures embedded in the text. Use Times New Roman 12 pt font (exception: title and headlines can be larger font). Line spacing: Do not exceed 5 lines per inch. Margins: use 1” all around. These layout specs ensure good readability.
