We are a flooring company in New Zealand servicing Architects & Designers on large commercial projects, from schools to workplaces to multiresidential developments etc. We promote a wide range of products and manufacturers and are looking for someone who can support us on a project by project basis to create render concepts of our products for presentation back to the architect or designer who is selecting finishes. The renders need to be for inspiration only of what designs can be achieved and how it will look installed. (Rather than specific building modelling). We are after someone who is responsive, creative, reasonably priced and a quick turnaround. We would provide a project brief and our recommended products from our website and design notes from the specifier and ask for 1-3 floor plan layouts showing the design plus renders to help visualise the effect. Attached is an example of the service that one of our supplier provided that we were very happy with. The problem is they will only use their product and we represent many manufacturers and often want to mix products within one project. Plus we want one consistent branded layout that represents our business rather than our supplier. [login to view URL] provides more information on who we are and the product categories.
