!!! DON't BID !!! PROJECT FOR Nazmul Hasan ONLY !!! Design a 3 level (P+2) building for 3D rendering. The building will be used as used for commercial purposes, showroom. open space, no rooms. Exterior design only. 600 m2 footprint, ground floor + 2 additional levels Floor blueprint: [login to view URL] Metallic structure: [login to view URL] a) The building will use HEA & IPE metalic profiles for structure. We already have the structure project. b) Walls will be metal sandwich panels. 10cm thick, 1m width, flat exterior - no pattern. c) Generic blueprint: [login to view URL] d) We will keep 2 walls of an existing old building on ground floor. Architectural designs needs to be copied, not 100% but as similar as possible. e) Double rooftop support: Howe Truss f) Ground floor windows, similar to existing building. g) Level 2,3 windows: use your imagination but don't use expensive solutions like: glass wall. h) Prefered colors: white with grey accents. i) Design: use your imagination but don't use expensive solutions like: glass structures. We can play with different panel colors, include one longitudinal panel with patterns on windows level, etc. j) Exterior design only with 4 ground floor exterior access. Will need: 1. 3d rendering of stand alone building, 5 angles 2. 3d rendering of building, in photo montage, 5 angles 3. All editable files
