Design me mini supermarket

Mini Supermarket Project Project Brief: Provide me with design drawings for a new mini supermarket. Both external and internal concept drawings/renders. Design Brief: This supermarket must be 250m2 area Have a storage area of 40m2 area which includes bulk storage, and desk and computer for checking in inwards goods. Must be a external door to access the outside of the building for deliveries. Backing onto the storage area would be a area for people to grab hot pies and home baking and a coffee machine where people can order coffess etc. Design must have 2 check out counters for purchasing the goods. These will be self service. The overall design must be modern, industrial using a lot of blacks and light coloured timbers. Black shevling There must be a small area outside the building for a eating area where people can eat food and hang out. Area for trolleys to be returned. This model should be based on a mini supermarket or convenience shop. I would like a minimum of 4 layout designs and 4 external designs. We have a tight budget so ont designs should be to extreme and expensive. Try to keep the designs simple but impressive in view of keeping out build cost down. Look at my attached suggested floor area. it is not to scale. It is only small and has the basics to cater for around 500 people so it will only have the essentials, i suggested 3/4 main rows of shelving Cheers George
