We need a python script that works with Telegram to edit the number of views of a message in a Telegram Channels. The Script shall be able to: 1. Increase the views of a message in a telegram channel to any number that admin desired. (NOTE: Increasing of a view in a Telegram Channel will be subjected to the number of exclusive Telegram accounts made available to the software by the project owner) 2. Allow admin to select the message in a telegram channel 3. Allow admin to select the desired number of views (NOTE: Subjected to the number of account made available to the software) 4. Once admin have entered this, admin should be able to see the number of views of the selected message in the telegram channel increased and increasing. The script/product should be able to handle all exceptions without crashing.

Hi, I have already created a windows app for automatically adding bulk users to telegram groups/supergroups/channels by using a python script to interact with the telegram api. I CAN SHOW YOU A DEMO OF THIS. Hence, I'm well proficient in interacting with telegram api and can develop a windows application with a user interface for entering the channel and message details that will increase the views of the message. As I have experience in doing such projects I WILL BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE WORK FOR A LESSER BUDGET. There are some limits set by telegram and I am well aware of these.
