Build a Raspberry Pi Monitoring and Reporting Application

I need develop an application on Raspberry Pi micro-computer, to monitor several machines in a shop-floor, and be able to print results online on a web-page directly from Pi, also being able to print reports to Printer from this web-page. Description: - using GPIO of Pi, I need to collect from each machine one signal (logical 1), when that machine is in running (when the cycle start button has been pushed) . This should increase a counter, and display the efficiency (how long the input is on) based on either 8hour time or 24hour time. Actual hours display but also Graphical Bar. - possibility to add new machines and names of machines (corresponding to each Input); - Trigger alarms when machine stopped more than a set time (email and blinking on the web-page); - Display results on web-page directly from Raspberry Pi, with possibility to record history for 3months; - Be able to create reports: 8, 16, 24hour based, 5days/week, 7days week, monthly report, etc, print, display on screen or send emails; - Posibility to add an Operator name for each machine, for each cycle of operation, from a droplist - Possibility to Switch machine State between: Operational, No-Job, Maintenance - Everything to be configurable via web-page;
