Hi, my name is Barry. I am a member of a labor union that utilizes a hiring hall. They post our job calls on a pre-recorded message (on a single phone line) for the next day. As my union absolutely refuses to budge out of the 12th century, this causes many problems such as the line is always busy. So instead of spending hours each night trying to get through to hear what jobs are available, I would like a program to automate this process for me. It would need to call the number and if busy try again later, save the message to an audio file, and send the file to my email. If it is a stand-alone program then it needs to run on windows 64bit. Else if it is a web based program, then IIS/ASP or Apache/PHP

I was also responsible the reagent department all software, which were created by me from the mechanical-check to the Roche specified and wrote down the required features about three QC measurement check. So about 60-70% of the production became to my responsibility. My work is around the production software’s, QC department, Reagent Department, and some extra project like android software development. This was a very hard job, because we know that perfect software could not be, but in this case, I cannot make any big mistake. I became a Leader Developer or Team Leader at 2014, at the start of the year. I got junior and middle level software developers. I had been working here for more than 6 years and I wants something else I think.
