Zoho Creator - Deluge

I am re-positing this as the previous 2 freelancers were not able to complete in full my previous project, so this is what remains. Essentially I need information to be pulled from Zoho CRM into Zoho Creator so as to automate weekly payment to our commission based staff. The amounts need to be stored against each sales person. A brief outline of the way we pay our people: We have a “Sales Staff” module in Zoho CRM, all current and previous sales staff will be found in this module. a. Sales Commissions are paid in the next pay cycle once a sales order is determined to be a Settled sale, a settled sale is determined in one of two ways: 1. ‘Sales Order’-‘Status’ is delivered and where ‘Sales Order’-‘Sale Type’ = Certegy then ‘Sales Order’-‘Paperwork Received’ needs to be selected or 2. ‘Sales Order’-‘Status’ is delivered And 15 days from sale date has elapsed And where ‘Sales Order’-‘Sale Type’ = Certegy then ‘Sales Order’-‘Paperwork Received’ needs to be selected b. Staff are paid in different ways depending on their “Sales Staff - Category of Staff”; “Sales Staff – Development Level”; “Sales Order – Pricing Structure” & “Sales Order – Business Centre” Example: 1. If ‘Sales Staff’-‘Category of Staff’ = Inhome and ‘Sales Staff’-‘Development Level’ = Sales Consultant and ‘Sales Order’-‘Pricing Structure’ = Bottom Dollar then a 9% commission on ‘Sales Order’-‘Commissionable Total’ is paid. If all above was the same except ‘Sales Order’-‘Pricing Structure’= Ambassador then a 14% commission of the commissionable total would be paid. 2. If ‘Sales Staff’-‘Category of Staff’ = BDM and ‘Sales Staff’-‘Development Level’ = BDM / GSP and ‘Sales Order’-‘Pricing Structure’ = Bottom Dollar then a 12.5% commission on ‘Sales Order’-‘Commissionable Total’ is paid. If all above was the same except ‘Sales Order’-‘Pricing Structure’= Ambassador then a 12.5% commission of the commissionable total would still be paid. There are a few more examples like the above that will be provided, but essentially there is logic to determine the commission paid on the commissionable total figure which is fetched from the sales order & the Sales Staff record. c. “Sales Staff – Category of Staff” determines the way in which staff are paid. 1. BDM staff are paid $200 for each day they work up to a maximum of 5 days per week + commission (12.5% of commissionable total) 2. Inhome staff are paid under a debit/credit arrangement. If the inhome staff member has no commission due, they will be paid a minimum payment determined by the number of days and appointments they worked (where 1 appointment = 1.86 hours; 2 appointments = 3.5 hours; 3 appointments = 5.5 hours) and an hourly rate of $24.30 (needs to be adjustable). Therefore if an inhome worked for 5 days and had 3 appointments per day, they would have accrued a minimum payment of 27.5 hours x $24.30 = $668.25 The figure of $668.25 is an ‘advance payment’ and will accrue so next week part or all of that may be paid back, or it may be added to if no commission is payable. Inhome staff are paid a $20 daily bonus for each day that appointments are taken (Contacts-Appointment Date Time field) Inhome staff are paid a $50 payment for every “Sales Order – Sale Type” = Cash deal that has settled as per point a. above Inhome staff are paid $100 for ever settled sale (a. above) once they have a minimum of 3 from the same sales week (determined by the sale date, using a Sunday to Saturday week basis) d. We need administrator rights to overwrite the figures calculated for ‘special circumstances’ e. At 4pm on Tuesday, the Sales Staff will need to be sent their pay advice. All pay advice will also need to be sent in a report format to our payroll lady f. Being able to report on previous pays weeks required also
