I would like to hire a Software Developer

Hello, My name is Ashley. I am interested in making a database/software in order to simplify my life and business balance. My finances, both personal and business can be pretty badly organised; my time is pretty much all used up. I am an Audiologist (medical) who runs two small businesses at the same time. An Audiologist is a medical professional who specialises in hearing and balance disorders. Day to day activities includes: Clinical consultations, Hearing Tests, Selling hearing aids, ear examination. There is not one application that exists in order to meet my needs and automate my processes and displayed tracked items i.e. Cash Available. Currently I use patient management software such as AuditBase and Cycle also accounting software such as Mint and Quickbooks. Task include: • View my available cash, • Track expenses and categories costs • Database of Suppliers • Database Broadcasts and Bulk Email/mailers (bulk message) • Receive financial input – .exl / .CSV • Track bills and due dates (link this with projected cash and account balance), • Invoices (generate, store, log), • Inventory (stock levels, reorder details, costs, suppliers) and • Display financial reports (Tax reports, Financial break down), • Patient/client database. • Link events to calendar • View Net worth / Asset management • My goal would be to integrate my business and personal spending whilst treating them separately. I have several separate accounts, spread sheets, invoices and receipts - I want to collate, automate and systemise these elements as much as possible. It needs to include exporting to documents ie. Ms excel, be customisable, so I am able to enter new fields and data; able to import from spread sheets, capture data ie. receipts. Most importantly to connect my revenue streams and manage my inventory and customer details/appointment details. Now I’m just trying to systemise arduous tasks and make my life easier. I understand this maybe a big job but I’m hoping you could problem solve with your expert opinion about how best to approach this. It could be as simple as excel database macros, ms access or complete software. I am an IT novice so excuse me if this is a bit abstract. Does this sound something you can do?
