1. Human Resources - Employee • Upon login, should be able to see his personal details • Leave Management System o Module should display list of leave type as dropdown (CL, PL, ML, Comp off, etc.) o Employee to enter start and end date of leave with type of leave. o System to check the available leaves at the time of submission. o Module should display summary of leaves (availed, balance for the year, carry forward) o Requet should follow organization hierarchical structure. • Profile updates o Address, ssn, Phone number, email id, department, designation etc.. • Attendence – Compitibility to collect attendance via below interface. o Web enabled login o Smart Card o Finger print 2. Reports • Custom reports as per need. Pricemart need to guild us if they need any specific report out from the system. • Ability to generate report to view sales by employee/customer/region/department. • Ability to view graphs with different • Attendance Report in csv/xml format. • Reports shall have ability to export in excel/pdf or print. 3. Sales Module • Role base credentials to eliminate access to all the employee. • Ability to update daily sales & expenses by customer/Invoice o Line of Business  Convienient store • This details to be by sub division example , ATM, Lottery, general sales o Daily sales o Daily expenses o All credits/debits o As per balance sheet 4. Ticket & SLA Management • SLA configuration based on business rules. • Should be accessible from all the departments • Should be multiple level of severity • Each severity should have SLA attached • Upon overdue of SLA, Software shall have the ability to generate specific e-mail alerts for a given task/ticket and send it to the convern person. • E-mail notification should be enable on any activity for a given ticket. E-mail notification configuration should be controlled in admin interface. For example, email is enable for ticket status change but not needed for re-assignment etc… • Ticket should have assignment/re-assignment feature • Ticket tracking statuses o Open o Inprogress o Defect o Closed o Hold 5. Application should be capable to deploy on premises or on cloud.
