Need a [login to view URL] page will ask an email address to send validation email for user to click to get a working access code to allow them to see the actual video page so user will visit the page , enter email address , and after they receive the access code , they will visit the link again with the given code to see the video page video page will be a fake one . video page saying you need to install adobe flash to play the video and it will not work .. and the code should only work 2 times, once it is entered twice and page is visited it should not allow again ... we dont want MYSQL DB used with this , it should be PHP and file based only ... we will give you tracking code to add into the page for tracking but thats only for simple info like ip and location , .. actually we need you to code it for the users cookies info all there is whatever info is there to be stored into a file each time someone visits into HTML file so we can visit with URL, you need to provide a demo page for us to try via remotely ...
