Web App to match attendees after attending a singles event using Angular

I’m looking for someone to build a "progressive web app" to match attendees after attending a singles event using Angular with the following scope: • Develop a login/register/forgot password flow allowing users to access the platform • Registration should allow a user to upload a photo, full name and phone number, as well as an email and password for access. All fields are mandatory. • Develop four tabs for logged-in users – upcoming events, profiles, matches, account • Eventbrite API integration – which allows upcoming events to be shown in “upcoming events tab” and also verifies users who have registered/purchased tickets for the event. • Under the profiles tab, other users’ profiles will be populated here under a section called “Attendees” when an event concludes. Each profile will have a tick and cross button allowing the user to select tick (“yes”) or cross (“no”) to each guest of the opposite sex. • If a person has been crossed, they should never appear in the user’s Profiles feed again. • If a person has been ticked, and if the other person ticks that person in return (e.g. both parties have ticked each other), it’s a mutual match and the profile should remain permanently on the Profiles tab under a section at the top called “Matches”. It should reveal their name, photo and either phone number or email (depending on what the user would like to be shared) at this point when the user taps on that other user’s profile, shown in either a pop-up or notification. • There should be text on the profiles tab explaining this process, e.g. “If you and your match both tap the tick button, contact details will be shared with each other. If one or both tick the cross button, contact details will not be shared. • User can select if they would like either their email or mobile number shown to mutual matches along with their photo, first name and age. • The Account tab should allow the user to update all the details, including photo, name, phone number, email and password. • The Account tab should allow the user to delete their account with a “Delete Account” button. This should remove the user’s profile from the Profiles tab to ensure there is no data leak to other users and to protect the user’s privacy in the event of a stalker. • The website will then need to be styled to look just like my current WIX website theme (I will continue to use my wix website and will just have a link for users to be redirected to my pwa. • The website will then need to be made entirely mobile responsive • The website will need the Progressive Web App tags attached • Website functionality to be tested by client
