The main problem is that you are using Instagram to insert images on to your website. (12 of them) Each one takes 2 round trips which is a lot of time. Also images have to be compressed and Lazy loaded. you are ate 3.12 seconds now and it will probably drop under 2 seconds. Thanks and I have 7 years of WordPress experience.

Hi , You have to enable the fast dns and caching mechanism for your site. It could be done with cloudflare. Also all items come from a database. It can be used caching mechanism not to get every item from database, instead of use caching. For details you have to share what is hosting details. Can it be implemented or not. Also use cdn for photos. You are using your hosting power to share image over the web. CDN would improve your download performance.
