Rightmove Zoopla Facebook Twitter API integration

I am building a data based website for an estate agent. My client would like to be able to post property information from their database to the following APIs: - Rightmove (UK) [login to view URL] [login to view URL] - Zoopla (UK) [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] - Facebook [login to view URL] - Twitter [login to view URL] I would like an experienced coder to bundle these APIs into an easy to use/install module that I can add to the website I am building. I will require the following 4 pages: - A PHP page for my clients admin panel where they can input and save (PDO insert) their access tokens and any other info required to connect them to each API. I believe facebook tokens only last for 60 days so, if possible, I would also like a way to easily renew the facebook token from this page. - A PHP page that reads the current property ID from a session variable and then fetches the relevant property data from my clients db. The page should then display buttons to send to each API individually and a "send to all" button. Rightmove and Zoopla APIs will need to send all available property details/images and Facebook and Twitter will just send title, image and a short descripion. Once sending is successful, the page should record the timestamp of the API request, the type of API request (rightmove, zoopla etc) and the property ID into a db table. - A PHP page that lists my clients current Rightmove properties and allows the estate agent to update/remove them. - A PHP page that does the same as above for Zoopla. I would like the above pages to contain a basic method of error reporting that can be turned on and off for testing. This is so I can contact you with any error details after installation so you can advise me on how to fix the issue or what I am doing wrong. I would like clear, simple step by step instructions for installing and integrating your module with my existing site. This should include read me files, code comments, example sql tables and, if applicable, sample pages. I do not require any css or fancy page layouts. The focus of this project should just be firstly on the functionality of the pages to add or manage the clients properties via the APIs and secondly on the ease of use for my client (managing properties and API access info). I could probably do this myself but, if the price is right, I would like to save a lot of time and headaches by involving a PHP expert who has previous experience and can probably do in hours what would take me several weeks to acheive. Whilst I do have a basic level of php knowledge, I have no experience of connecting to or using these APIs so I would also need advice about any additional requirements I may need to be able to run your module E.g. SSL, TSL, php version, non standard php modules etc.. Part payment will be released after the module is available for testing. Upon the successful installation and functionality testing with the APIs, the remaining balance will be released. If you have any ideas for additional features or functionality that you could offer to this project, I would be most interested in your suggestions. A bonus and the possibilty of future work are also available if we are impressed with your work. Thanks
