Resolve 2 issues in Yii2

I have a project in Yii2 accessing Oracle database, then I don´t use the standard "user login" Yii2 process, the login is dynamic with other session and connection without a user table, just validating the DB user. in that way my issues are: 1) I have to implement a timeout for the application, the system has to go to the login page after X minutes of inactivity or if the user close the navigator (even in computer or mobile), take in mind that there are not standard user table login, then normal parameters in yii2 [login to view URL] session timeout or user timeout doesn´t work, then you have to use another way. 2) I have a problem accessing the application in iPhones en any navigator ( Ios OS ), this OS for any reason doesn´t accept this dynamic session and every time I log in the app return again to the login page, I need to resolve it.
