Together with our customer we are planning to develop a tool similar to mailchimp, stampready etc. But this tool should be a lot easier to handle and only given settings should be adjustable from their templates: The tool must handle: 1. Users can choose E-Mail Templates to insert their own content. 2. Media filesystem for integrating & uploading images and datas. User based media librarys. 3. Loginsystem only for a specific google group-domain 4. Backend-System for admins to delete and upload maintemplates 5. GoogleMail bridge for sending out newsletters, the project itself do not need a mailing system, only a export button to create a new html mail from the created template in gmail. Important: The tool should be easily expandable with other subtools in the future like integrating a link shortener etc.
